I built my own site a few months ago, which includes all the classic ***puters and game machines of the late 70s, 80s and 90s, but cannot seem to get the Discussion Board, going.
I would really appreciate anyone to make the odd post. I am not here to take away from Amiga.org, and am somewhat hesitant to post this message here, but I do feel I offer significant enough Amiga content to be a wel***e addition to the Amiga ***munity.
I started off as an Amiga only site, but then realised that what excited me most about the Amiga is how much more advanced it was from the Vic-20 and C64 that I had at the time. I still have fond memories of making my Vic task switch between various applications on a 20K machine. This is when I branched out to include all machines that helped shape our youth.
The recent article in CNN convinced me that I need to spend more time trying to get my site out there. I think my concept is good and it is free -- I don't even seek donations
